TradeAid DSS is a Decision Support System and journaling tool. We are NOT financial advisors, broker-dealers, or investment managers. No content provided by the Service constitutes financial advice, trading signals, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Trading cryptocurrency and financial markets involves high risk and may result in the loss of all your capital.

3. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
You will not use the Service for any illegal activities.
You will maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAid DSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
